Not every success story is something unique. Sometimes, the out of box thinking and meticulous planning with no cash in hand and no professional education in the CV can make someone a multi millionaire.

A man from a humble below middle class background from Nalgonda is now a close acquaintance of who is who in the Telangana state. From earning a mere Rs 8000 per month as a magazine editor in 2011 is now the owner of chauffeur driven Jaguar XJL, Defender and BMWs.

His name is Ravi Panasa who is known to the film industry as PRO and to the industrial world as a liaison expert.

When asked how it could be possible for him to earn this much in a span of 11 years, Ravi Kumar Panasa said- “Since childhood I have had only one dream- to become ‘rich’. I saw how the rich are respected in my town. My father was a government employee. We had no big properties behind. My education was ordinary. But when anyone asked me in my childhood what I would like to become, my answer was in one word- ‘rich’.

I have neither good education nor a great acumen in any art. I am not an actor or singer to make my path towards becoming rich. I don’t have a lot of money in hand to start a big business. I say ‘big’ because I was never inclined towards doing something small. At the same time, I never wanted to spend much time to reach my goal. So, what is the quick way to become rich in a legal way?

Having the answer in my mind, I joined as an editor in a film magazine with Rs 8000 as monthly salary. I did this to develop relations with the biggest in the film industry and their friends who are big in other industries. In the process I also worked as a PRO for some producers and actors. My mission was accomplished. The bigshots in different industries became my acquaintances. I acted as a bridge between them for their property and business deals. I also fecilitated business meetings between people and organizations. But in every successful deal, I never accepted any payment but took only my percentage from either or both sides. That’s it. I earned by connecting the dots”.

He also continued to say, “Everyone on this planet has only 24 hours of time. But with whom we spend each minute decides our financial growth. I have chosen to deal with the people who talk only in terms of hundreds and thousands of crores”.

Sharing his present activities he said, “I got into the business of my own in the sectors of Infra and Construction. I am also launching the biggest liquor store in South India shortly. Just not to miss the limelight in life, I am getting into film production as well”.

When asked about his alleged involvement in a drugs scandal a few years ago he said, “At that time a guy whom I know was caught in a drug case. He got an idea. He thought that he could come out easily by bringing me inside, as I have political connections. So, he said to the police that I was his partner. But against the assumption of that guy, the police did their job and produced me in the Court along with that guy. The Court remanded me in the process. Later the same Hon Court acquitted me. The media that showed interest in reporting when I was remanded, didn’t bother to cover the news of my acquittal”.

Showing a video made on him by himself, Ravi Kumar Panasa said with a laugh-   “I know this gets trolled by some netizens. But trolling is also part of publicity these days. My success can be taken as an inspiration or can just be trolled. Everyone has a choice and they can do as they like”.
