Actors Rajasekhar and Jeevitha are in news for wrong reasons yet again. The couple allegedly cheated the producer to the tune of Rs 26 Crore. Garuda Vega producer and Jyo Star Enterprises founder Koteswara Raju and his wife Hema have filed a cheating case against Jeevitha Rajasekhar and leveled serious allegations against the star couple.
According to Garuda Vega producers, Rajasekhar and Jeevitha took finance for Rs 26 Crore by guaranteeing their properties. However, Rajasekhar and Jeevitha allegedly transferred their properties to their Benami and sold the property without clearing the loans.
The producers stated that have all the documents, cheques and promissory notes of Jeevitha Rajasekhar and they have moved legally. A cheque bounce case and cheating cases were filed against Jeevitha and Rajasekhar.
Meanwhile, Nagiri court has reportedly issued a Non Bailable Warrant against Jeevitha and Rajasekhar. Jeevitha’s advocate has informed the court stating that Rajasekhar’s health is not well. The court has postponed the hearing to May 5th. Jeevitha and Rajasekhar are yet to respond to the allegations made by Garuda Vega producers. More details are awaited.
