Here’s Why There Is No Real Forest In ‘Pushpa 2’

The makers of “Pushpa 2” are getting ready to give a teaser to the fans on the eve of the upcoming birthday of Icon Star Allu Arjun. At the same time, director Sukumar is busy carving Part 2 with the likes of Fahad Fassil currently joining the shoot in Hyderabad. Many are wondering, why the team is not heading to any forest in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bangkok or South Africa for the shooting.

In fact, the team will go to the forests of some other states but only for a short period of time. The reason behind this is that Pushpa 2 will have lots of CG work that will be simulating the real-time forest backdrop. The makers of the film have currently built nearly 10-11 setups in Allu Studios and other places for the shoot to happen. All these locations will have digital extensions in the post-production phase of the movie. Most of the film happens in these locations only.

As Sukumar want to craft each scene more intensely with some exclusive details, he wanted to build sets and compensate it with CG work rather than going for real locations like Maredumilli and making the artists suffer and compromise in terms of quality. Well, the final output won’t let anyone pick up what is set and what is the real location inside the film.
