Natural Star Nani’s Pan India movie Dasara is due for release on 30th of this month. Meanwhile, the film’s pre-release event called Dhoom Dhaam Dasara Celebrations organized in Anantapur and the event saw a huge turnout.
Keerthy Suresh said, “Sathyan Sooryan must be appreciated for his superb work. This is Santhosh Narayanan’s debut album in Telugu. But his songs became viral nationwide. Naveen Nooli has cut the teaser and trailer impressively. Avinash did an amazing job. All the actors who played friends are like my brothers. Srikanth is an innocent guy. He wrote the story with lots of passion. Thanks to the producers for providing all the resources for a debut director.
Dasara is not a commercial or art film. It’s a complete package with all the elements incorporated in it. Nani and I earlier worked together for Nenu Local. But for me, Dasara is a real local film. Nani is a great friend and a co-star. I need to tell one thing to Nani’s fans he held a sword. This is going to be something else. Deekshit is going to do wonders, so please support him.”
Nani said, “You all liked the mass that you have seen in previous movies. But, I’m going to show the mass which touches your heart. It’s a promise. We might have blown whistles for mass scenes in theatres. There are many such whistle-blowing scenes in Dasara. It’s very close to my heart. We worked really hard for one year in dust and humid conditions. This will be a very special film for everyone associated with it.
First of all, thanks to Sudhakar garu and Srikanth garu, for backing this project. Those who did my friends’ characters have done well. They will become busy after this. But, Dasara will be remembered forever. Everyone who worked in the direction department had a spark. I wish every one of them will soon become directors. Deekshit will win your hearts. He will be remembered as Suri. Keerthy and I wanted to do a memorable movie together, after Nenu Local. We can’t get a better project than Dasara. You will see a far better performer in her in Dasara than Mahanati. I promise you to continue to give my best and work hard.”
