Nikhil On Spy Rumours: ₹250 Should Not Be Wasted

Until two days ago, there were huge rumours that hero Nikhil Siddhartha of Karthikeya 2 fame was not even interested in the release of “Spy” movie which is slated for June 29th release. It has come out that he is not even dubbing for the film and there are pending scenes to be shot. But finally, everything got wrapped up and today an amazing trailer of Spy got released too. So what about these rumours?

During the press interaction on Thursday, Nikhil himself clarified what worried him that he actually requested the producers to postpone the release date. “Nearly 2000 people have worked on this film, not only just for production but that includes visual effects and everything. So I’m worried about the quality of the output as poor quality will affect all of us. But the producers satisfied me by showing the film, and the director also satisfied me hugely. Because of that reason, today I’ve volunteered to come to the press meet and promote the movie, though it is slightly delayed” said Nikhil at the trailer launch event today. Adding more, he explained why quality is important.

“Today a moviegoer is spending nearly ₹250 rupees on the ticket and if he feels that the quality of the film is inferior, then there will be no crowds in theatres right after the morning show. Their ticket money should not be felt like a waste” said Nikhil, while clarifying the rumours. Of course, every hero who worries about quality will surely deliver his best and hope all these hard efforts of Nikhil and his team fructify at the box office next week.
