Provide Documents And Get Movie Ticket Price Hiked: Sajjala

The ongoing controversy about Chiru’s comments at the recent event of Waltair Veerayya’s 200th-day celebrations appears to be not done yet.

In a recent press meeting, AP government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy responded to Chiru’s comments. He advises that the people at film events need to keep it up to the movie-related stuff and better not speak about politics.

Sajjala further emphasized that the AP government has been very transparent regarding ticket prices. Sajjala clarifies speculations about the government rejecting the price hike for Bholaa Shankar movie tickets.

Sajjala cleared the air that there is no discrimination regarding the movie field. He said that anyone can show the proofs and get a hike in ticket prices and the decision depends on the movie budget.

‘Any movie that was made with more than Rs 100 crore budget can provide the documents and get approval for a ticket rate increase. This regulation brings income to the government and also the producer. Chiranjeevi praised CM Jagan in the past for introducing this transparent procedure and I don’t understand why he is talking like this now’, concluded Sajjala.
