‘Suttamla Soosi’ From Gangs Of Godavari

“Suttamla Soosi,” the first single from the musical maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja’s composition for the upcoming film “Gangs of Godavari,” has been unveiled at Malla Reddy Engineering College on August 16th. The film, a period-gangster-drama set in the Godavari delta, is a collaboration between Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and the talented actor Vishwak Sen.

In this cinematic venture, Vishwak Sen portrays an intriguing gray character aiming to ascend from destitution to opulence within a crime-infested society. The movie’s ensemble also includes Neha Sshetty, recognized as “Radhika” from Sithara Entertainments’ “DJ Tillu,” and Anjali in a significant supporting role.

The brainchild of writer-director Krishna Chaitanya, “Gangs of Godavari” is being crafted with his distinctive style, confidence, and creative vision. Producers Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya, known for their prowess in diverse genres, are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that this epic drama becomes a cinematic marvel adored by audiences.

Yuvan Shankar Raja, a musical genius and magician, is responsible for the enchanting music in the film. The first single, “Suttamla Soosi,” sung by Anurag Kulkarni, was unveiled during an interactive session with college students at the Malla Reddy Engineering College. The classical melody, a testament to Yuvan’s knack for crafting timeless tunes, is accompanied by the beautiful lyrics of Sri Harsha Emani.

The film, presented by Srikara Studios, is co-produced by Venkat Upputuri and Gopi Chand Innamuri, with Naveen Nooli as the editor. The buzz generated by the first look posters and glimpses featuring Vishwak Sen has heightened anticipation for the film’s release on December 8th.
