Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is getting a lot of offers from Tamil cinema. After getting to fame in Tamil with Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram,’ the actor also received applause for his role in ‘Maamannan.’ After sharing the screen space with Kamal, Fahadh is now set to work with Superstar Rajinikanth in his next film.
Tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 170,’ the film is bankrolled by Lyca Productions. Director TJ Gnanavel, known for his work on “Jai Bhim,” is expected to bring his unique storytelling abilities to this project, making it an intriguing cinematic experience.
Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan, and Ritika Singh have also officially joined the cast of the Rajinikanth film. Furthermore, Anirudh Ravichander will be composing the music for the film.
Additionally, Fahadh is currently working on “Pushpa 2: The Rule” and the Malayalam film “Aavesham,” directed by Jithu Madhavan, known for “Romancham.”
While the storyline and other details about “Thalaivar 170” remain undisclosed, there have been speculations that Rajinikanth might portray a retired police officer in the film.
Lyca Productions is leaving no stone unturned to make the project a prestigious one at the box office.
