Hombale Films, the production house behind crowd-pleasing blockbuster hits like the KGF series and Kantara, is now gearing up for its next tentpole film, Salaar, which stars Prabhas and Shruthi Haasan in the lead roles. The Prashanth Neel directional was supposed to hit the screens in September. However, it was postponed to December 22nd due to post-production activities and other delays.
So far, only one teaser from Salaar is out. Besides some posters, no other promotional content has been unveiled. As there are mammoth expectations for the film, Prabhas fans are worried that the lackluster approach from the production house might impact the openings. There is no news yet about the theatrical trailer. Even on Prabhas’ birthday, there was no single poster or any important update from the makers.
Prabhas fans are turning very restive because Hombale Films is maintaining utmost silence without giving any updates. Moreover, they are furious that the team is not responding to the ongoing rumours about reshoots and other speculations.
A section of impatient fans started using a negative hashtag #UseLessHomableFilms to demonstrate their anger and it is currently trending on X platform. Thousands of tweets targeting the makers of Salaar are now emerging as many fans joined the trend.
