Trivikram’s offer to pair with Mahesh Babu in a comeback film seemed like the perfect opportunity for her to regain her winning streak.
Unfortunately, for various reasons, Pooja Hegde unexpectedly stepped down from the project. While producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi mentioned date adjustments as the primary cause, there were also several other reports.
But Pooja Hegde’s decision to opt out of Guntur Karam was wise. The film received unfavorable reviews, and its box office collections declined on the second day. If Pooja Hegde had stayed on board, it would have been her sixth consecutive flop.
Pooja Hegde is working on a Hindi film titled “Deva,” where she stars opposite Shahid Kapoor.
