Bollywood’s biggest blockbuster in 2025, Dhurandhar has extended its dream run into 2026 as the marathon record-breaking box office journey continues even after four weeks of its release on December 5th. Having grossed over 1200 Crores, there is still some steam left in this Ranveer Singh starrer as the daily revenues continue to clock double digits.
Dhurandhar now set sights to emulate bigger trade milestones in the next few days. The spy thriller is just a few crores away from taking back the crown to Bollywood with respect to the highest grossing Hindi language film at the domestic market by dethroning South’s blockbuster Pushpa 2. It also eyeing to topple the box office records of SS Rajamouli’s RRR.
Pushpa 2 is currently the highest in India with a theatrical net of 830 Crores among Hindi releases. The mass saga achieved this feat in 2024 after its release during the same season like Dhurandhar. The Sukumar directional benefitted largely from the Hindi market due to the hype surrounding the sequel after the first part emerged as a big hit.
The domestic collections of Dhurandhar stand at 820 Crores as of now and claiming the top spot of the Indian box office is just a formality now. Going by the current trend, the film is likely to collect some where around 850 Crores in its full run.
Not stopping here, Dhurandhar will also aim to go past SS Rajamouli’s biggest multi-starrer blockbuster RRR which collected 1230 Crores worldwide gross. The Aditya Dhar directional will now enter the fourth place in the list of all time highest grossing films after Dangal, Baahubali 2 and Pushpa 2.
