‘BMW Will Reach Breakeven by Sunday’

Ravi Teja’s wholesome entertainer Bharatha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi hit the screens yesterday and opened to a good start in both the Telugu states and North America. The team also held a success celebration to mark the positive response.

Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri expressed gratitude to Ravi Teja for his unwavering support and addressed concerns about ticket prices. “There are complaints about high ticket rates, but they’re actually at normal levels. This year, we’re delivering three blockbusters. We are happy with the openings, and I’m confident BMW will reach its breakeven mark by Sunday,” he said.

Director Kishore Tirumala shared that the team’s intention from the beginning was to craft a complete entertainer. “We visited theatres three times, and families are thoroughly enjoying the film. We’ve achieved the reach we aimed for. The fun begins right from Ravi Teja’s entry. Scenes with Vennela Kishore, Satya, and Sunil turned out hilariously well.

Families always appreciate my films, but this time the response has doubled. Bheems delivered blockbuster music. The Serial DJ episode is getting superb reactions- families, especially women, are celebrating it like an item song. Ashika and Dimple took up roles that completely contrast their usual image. The producer wanted this film to be a turning point for me. Ravi Teja has supported me since my first film Second Hand. Creating comedy in serious situations was more challenging this time,” he added.
