Buchi Crafts a Power Packed ‘Kushti’ Sequence for Peddi

Director Buchi Babu seems to be making sure that Ram Charan’s rural action drama ‘Peddi’ is loaded with plenty of goosebump-inducing episodes that will create a mass euphoria in theatres when the film hits the screens on April 30th.

As the film is reportedly based on multiple sports, it appears like Buchi Babu has designed many exciting sequences featuring different games that are both globally admired and also locally popular. It is already a known fact that Peddi will have an episode revolving around a cricket backdrop and this particular segment is said to be one of the major highlights for the film.

Now, the latest update suggests that there will be an intense Kushti (wrestling)scene which arrives at a critical time in the narrative. The team is currently shooting this sequence in Hyderabad and it is heard that Buchi Babu is making sure that it shapes up in an organic and unique manner on the big screen.

Ram Charan’s phenomenal physical transformation and his rugged unrefined look are expected to create a solid impact in these intense scenes.

Recently, the team wrapped up a heavy-duty climax shoot and shifted attention towards completing other key portions. The unit is going to celebrate Buchi Babu’s birthday on Sunday after wrapping up these episodes.

Though the film got postponed from March 27th, the team is wasting no time in completing the pending works to make sure that there is no last minute rush. Going by the rapid pace at which the shoot is progressing, Peddi will arrive on April 30th without any further delay.

The film also features Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma, Boman Irani and others. The music is composed by AR Rahman.
