The rumors of Peddi getting postponed resurfaced once again on social media. The makers are silent so far.
There is certain distrust in the industry about Peddi releasing on April 30th and so, many other films are preparing to come that day if Peddi backs out.
While everyone is playing the waiting game, the makers of Lenin have announced that they will not come on May 1st as announced earlier as a token of goodwill towards Peddi. They also cited the friendship between Akhil and Charan to arrive at that decision.
They also announced a new release date as June 26th for Lenin. Interestingly, Naga Vamsi is the only filmmaker to admit that Peddi is arriving on April 30th. But then, he is in a soup with the rumors of Peddi postponement.
Some People on social media are calling out Naga Vamsi. They are suspecting that Lenin has been postponed because of its work delay but Naga Vamsi chose to use it to win over Mega fans in the name of giving way for Peddi.
If the makers of Peddi announce their Postponement, Lenin will have enough time for Promotions. So, Lenin should arrive on May 1st as planned earlier if the reason for their postponement is only goodwill and not anything related to their work delays.
Lenin is a very important project for Akhil Akkineni. Its been more than a decade since he entered the industry but only did five films so far.
He is yet to taste success and for that, he is heavily banking on Lenin. The movie is also jointly produced by Annapurna Studios.
