In a way, the character in Pushpa is also one such experiment which many mainstream actors avoid doing. Now, Allu Arjun is taking yet another risky experiment with his upcoming film, Raaka.
The upcoming science fiction film, in the combination of Allu Arjun and director Atlee, has been titled Raaka. The title and the first look poster have been unveiled today on the occasion of Bunny’s birthday. The poster features Allu Arjun sporting a menacing bald look with clawed hands. Going by this look, it seems like Bunny is playing a beast-like character in the movie.
It is being heard that Allu Arjun will be seen in multiple avatars in the movie, and this is one of them. Meanwhile, this look is a complete surprise for everyone, as no one expected this kind of first look, and it has raised expectations for the film. However, it remains to be seen how well this risky experiment pays off for Allu Arjun.
Raaka features Deepika Padukone as the female lead. Reportedly, Mrunal Thakur, Janhvi Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna will play pivotal roles in the film. Sun Pictures is bankrolling this project with a massive budget of over Rs. 800 crores. Sai Abhyankar is composing the music for the film.
