SRK Skips Rajini’s Jailer, Will He Do It for Atlee’s Raaka?

Speculation surrounding Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo appearances has taken a fresh twist, creating buzz across industries. For the longest time, reports strongly suggested that the Bollywood superstar would be seen in a special role in Jailer 2, headlined by Rajinikanth.

The idea of SRK sharing screen space, even briefly, with Rajinikanth had generated massive excitement among fans. However, recent updates have now confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan will not be a part of Jailer 2, putting an end to weeks of speculation.

While this news has disappointed many, it has also opened the door for a new development. The latest reports indicate that SRK is now being considered for a cameo in Raaka, the upcoming film starring Allu Arjun that is being directed by Atlee.

This has sparked a fresh wave of discussions. Will Shah Rukh Khan say yes to Allu Arjun’s film after opting out of a Rajinikanth project? Industry insiders believe there is a possibility. One of the key reasons is SRK’s close association with director Atlee with whom he had done Jawan.

Their previous collaboration turned out to be a massive success, and the mutual trust they share could play a crucial role in bringing SRK on board for Raaka. Moreover, Raaka is shaping up to be a high-profile project with pan-India appeal, making it an attractive platform for a special appearance.

Another reason is the timeline. By the time Raaka required the cameo shoot, Shah Rukh Khan may have completed his portion for King, allowing him to change his look. He had to maintain the King look until the shoot was completed, which is why he said no to Jailer. However, that’s not the case with Raaka, as it isn’t releasing anytime soon.

While there is still no official confirmation, the mere possibility of Shah Rukh Khan joining hands with Allu Arjun has already set social media abuzz, leaving fans eagerly waiting for a final announcement.
