Senior director Singeetham Srinivasa Rao’s most ambitious project is finally happening with Nag Ashwin bankrolling it on Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema banners. Planned as India’s first musical fantasy, the film stars Ayaan, Ahilya Bamroo, and Shalini Kondepudi in the lead roles. Today, the makers announced an interesting title Sing Geetham, through a title teaser.
The story centers on Prathap, who travels to a remote village Kubera Puram that feels untouched by modern life, and there he slowly discovers layers of magic, mystery, and his own inner struggles.
The film brings together a master storyteller and teams known for bold creativity. Sing Geetham promises more than a fantasy. It offers a heartfelt, emotional tribute to art, dreams, and the choices that shape our lives. More importantly, Singeetham infuses the narrative with a gentle touch of wit.
Devi Sri Prasad elevates the fun portions, while Ankur C’s camera work is impressive. On the whole, the teaser makes lasting impression.
The film is scheduled for its theatrical release on June 11th.
