Megastar Chiranjeevi has completed shooting for Vishwambhara which is scheduled for a grand release later this year. Additionally, Chiranjeevi is waiting to begin shooting for an actioner in the direction of KS Ravindra where Anaswara rajan plays Chiru’s daughter role.
The project will mark their second time collaboration after Waltair Veerayya. The film was stuck in pre-production for quite some time because of the production issues but it is finally happening.
As per the reports in the film circles, the film in the combination of Chiranjeevi and Bobby will begin on the 25th of May. The team wants to make use of the time wisely and plans to bring the film for a release during Sankranthi.
Because Waltair Veerayya and MSG were released during Sankranthi and became a big success, the director seems to be showing interest in continuing the same sentiment.
However, the challenge is that the team is left with only 7 months, and it will be suspenseful if the shoot gets wrapped up in time. Since it is a big-budget flick and with a lot of other aspects that go into the making of big films, time management is crucial.
Sankranthi is definitely a big season that can help Chiru score big, but we have to see if the progress happens without any interruption.
On a positive note, KVN Productions, which is bankrolling the film, is already relieved of financial issues as Vijay became the chief minister. They will soon announce Jana Nayagan and take up other pending projects on priority.
