At 94, Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao is finally realizing his long-cherished dream of directing Sing Geetham, with Nag Ashwin backing the project under the Vyjayanthi Movies banner. After unveiling the title glimpse and a deleted song, the makers introduced three key characters at an event held in Vizag.
The video introducing Ayaan as Prathap opens with legendary filmmaker Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao explaining his vision. Although the character was originally written as a carefree gambler, Singeetham shares that he wanted Prathap to exude vigor—lively, magnetic, and overflowing with charm.
The introduction then moves into an engaging montage of behind-the-scenes moments—Ayaan in intense rehearsals, fun interactions on set, and guidance from the direction team as he shapes the character.
Next, the makers introduced Ahilya, who plays Gauri. They mention that finding the right Gauri was quite challenging. The character is vibrant, caring, and emotionally warm. The video reflects the effort Ahilya put into her rehearsals and preparation.
Finally, they revealed another significant character- Shalini, who plays the antagonist Renu. It’s a key and impactful role in the narrative.
Music director Devi Sri Prasad, who joined via video call, stated that Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao himself is the biggest reason to watch the film.
