Out of nowhere, a new rumour started dominating all other discussions in political circles and Tollywood since yesterday soon after some unreliable reports made headlines that leading actors like NTR and Allu Arjun are preparing ground for making their entry into the political landscape with perfect planning.
While those who are close to both actors categorically denied these speculations in quick time as there is no iota of truth in them, some pro-YSRCP media outlets and loyal supporters continue to aggressively push the narrative. While it is quite common for such fabricated stories to occasionally come up in industry circles and among fans of star heroes, what is surprising is that political parties like YSRCP are trying hard to deliberately push the agenda in this instance.
The strategic motive of YSRCP behind this relentless propaganda seems to be generate artificial friction within the formidable NDA alliance, where the TDP and Janasena stand as strong partners. Their supportive media channels keep sharing these rumours on purpose. They want the public to believe that these film stars will surely join politics soon and pose threat to TDP and Janasena.
Even after clear denials from the actors’ teams, their supporters did not stop. It looks like a planned effort to create a confusion within the coalition parties.
NTR comes from Nandamuri family and Allu Arjun belongs to Mega family. Even though both actors are currently maintaining some distance from their families due to some minor differences, they never gave an impression that the ties are completely broken. It is well known that both of them are currently focused on their profession with numerous pan-India commitments. So, it is too early to speculate about their future ambitions.
But, YSRCP seems very keen to create some confusion inside the ruling NDA alliance. In Andhra Pradesh, the TDP and the Janasena party are working together strongly. Both of these parties have deep connections with the huge fan groups of these film stars. The YSRCP hopes that these rumours will cause worry among the alliance leaders.
Using both these actors, the opposition wants to upset both TDP and Janasena supporters at the same time. The timing of these fake theories point the real intention. Through these baseless news stories, the YSRCP wants to keep the ruling alliance under pressure. They think that if these big actors show political interest, it will surely reduce the strength of both TDP and Janasena parties.
In the end, this propaganda shows that the opposition is trying its best to push some of the other fake agendas instead of concentrating on real political issues.
