Odyssey Madness: Pregnancy Delayed For Long Car Drive!

One of the most anticipated films of the recent decade is releasing today in theatres in the form of Odyssey, which is directed by legendary Christopher Nolan. This film is having its global theatrical release on July 17 and it is one of the most anticipated films in a while.

The film is carrying so much hype and patronage from the audience that we witnessing many wild cases in India and also globally.

Amber Connaghan, a 29 year old from California told to media that she intentionally delayed her pregnancy so she could attend the July 17 screening of the Odyssey in IMAX 70mm. She said she had earlier decided to get pregnant, but then decided to postpone the same as it would be too close to the release of Odyssey.

This film crazy lady is now driving three hours in California to reach the nearest IMAX 70 MM projection and the fact that she deferred her pregnancy to watch this Nolan film is an indication of the same.

Apparently, a few people are even taking trips to other countries to watch the film specifically in the IMAX 70 MM projection, which was advised by Nolan. The fact that people are travelling to different countries to watch this film is as iconic as it can get.

The situation is almost similar in India with ticket prices staring at more than ₹3000 in premium Multiplex across the country. Early morning shows have started at around seven or eight in the morning in India, which is pretty rare for an English film.

The man behind the film, Christopher Nolan, who is one of the biggest names in Hollywood cinema is absolutely killing it with the early release hype for this film. Not many other films outside, the super franchise of Avengers, have been able to create as much hungama with the film audience.
