Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming action entertainer NBK111, directed by Gopichand Malineni, is now eyeing a December 24 release. The film was earlier planned for Dussehra, but Balakrishna’s injury forced the shooting schedule to be pushed back.

Balakrishna is expected to resume shooting in October, with the makers planning to complete the entire shoot by the end of November. The team is now looking at December 24 as an ideal release date, especially with heavy competition expected during the Sankranthi season.

What has impressed many is Balakrishna’s quick recovery and his determination to return to the sets despite the injury. At this age, the senior star continuing to take on demanding action roles and getting back to work quickly is being seen as an inspiration for many.

NBK111 is said to be an intense action entertainer that will present Balakrishna in a stylish and powerful role. The special glimpse released on his birthday had already created good expectations among fans.

The film is being produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner. Gopichand Malineni is directing the movie, while Arvind S Kashyap is handling the cinematography and S Thaman is composing the music. Kajal Aggarwal is playing an important role in the film.

With the makers targeting December 24, NBK111 could get a clear advantage by arriving before the major Sankranthi releases. If the shooting goes as planned, Balakrishna fans can expect another mass entertainer towards the end of the year.
