Release Date Pressure: Film Shot with 6 Units on Same Day!

An upcoming big-budget film is reportedly being shot at a never-seen-before speed as the team races against time to meet its release date. According to reports, the film recently had six shooting units working separately on the same day.

This was something unheard of in the industry circles. That is not all. The very next day, the team continued the shoot with five units, even though it was a Sunday. Usually, having two to three units is normal in the industry, but 5 to 6 units shooting a movie is certainly unheard of.

This kinda unusual shooting pace clearly shows the immense release date pressure on the film’s team. The release date is fast approaching, while expectations around the project are already very high. The film has already been postponed multiple times in the past.

After several changes, the makers finally locked the current release date and are working hard to complete the remaining work on time. At this stage, another postponement could be highly difficult for the team. With the release date now very close, the makers cannot afford another change and appear to be doing everything possible to ensure that the film hits theatres as announced.

The use of multiple shooting units and continuous work, even on weekends, indicates how seriously the team is taking the deadline. The coming days will be crucial as the makers under Young director’s team race to complete the shoot and post-production work without compromising on the film’s quality. Let’s hope these efforts pay off and the film delivers the much-needed blockbuster the team is hoping for.
