Pawan’s OG 2 Glimpse Comes Under Quality Radar

Pawan Kalyan’s style and swag in OG have been widely talked about recently. After fans were disappointed with how he was portrayed in HHVM, Sujeeth came to their rescue, and what followed was a special celebration.

On Pawan’s birthday yesterday, the team once again confirmed a sequel to the movie, which is now the talk of the town. But the announcement video that came out is now drawing criticism for the use of AI. Lately, it’s become a trend to incorporate AI into visuals, but audiences aren’t keen on it.

Even before the OG sequel officially commenced, there have been a lot of comments on the kind of output it is generating. The hype is building every day, but the way it is being managed is drawing criticism.

The special birthday glimpse released yesterday triggered a lot of quality-related comments, with many saying the shots clearly look AI-generated.

There are animated shots in the first part’s content and even at the end of the film, but they were presented nicely without feeling artificial. However, yesterday’s video is drawing unnecessary criticism, some of which is also aimed at sound, with fans alleging that Pawan’s voice was also enhanced using AI.

While there are good expectations for the sequel of OG 2, the kind of negativity growing along with the hype could do damage in the long run. Director Sujeeth is able to generate a quality and uncompromised technical output but he also has to keep the expectations of fans in check. Now, all the team needs is a solid production house that gives all freedom to Sujeeth and team.

While DVV Danayya produced OG, he may not be a part of the sequel making.
