How Is Paradise Performing In Non Telugu Markets?

As expected, Natural star Nani’s long awaited action drama The Paradise took a terrific start at the box office, thanks to the strong pre-release hype generated in the backdrop of blockbuster songs and power-packed teasers.

As per early trade estimates, the Srikanth Odela directional has punched out around 75 Crores gross worldwide on the first day and emerged as the biggest opener in Nani’s career by a huge margin.

While the openings in Telugu states and Overseas are sensational, the film registered decent numbers in Hindi and Tamil markets. As per reliable box office reports, the Hindi release collected over 2 crore nett despite very minimal promotion in northern states and Tamil version minted around 1.5 Crores gross, largely due to Anirudh factor.

Given the moderate pre-release business recorded by the film in Hindi and Tamil, the revenues on first day appear to be decent because there are hardly any promotions by the makers in other languages.

Despite mixed to negative reviews coming from film critics regarding second half pace and other narrative flaws, the movie is holding strong at theatrical windows.

However, trade experts feel that the film must hold well through the first weekend to recover big production costs and also sustain during the weekdays to put its buyers in safe zone. The next few days will decide the fate of the film.

The film boasts an ensemble cast, including senior actor Mohan Babu, Kayadu Lohar, Raghav Juyal, Sonali Kulkarni, and Sampoornesh Babu in pivotal roles. It is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV Cinemas.
