Jailer 2 Songs: Where Is The Hukum Mode?

Jailer 2 is easily one of the most anticipated films of the year, and with its October 15, 2026 release date fast approaching, fans expected the promotional campaign to begin with a massive bang.

Surprisingly, director Nelson Dilipkumar and Anirudh Ravichander have chosen a different route. Instead of launching the film with a high-energy mass anthem like the iconic Hukum, the makers have released softer tracks such as Ala Bolelo and the recently unveiled One Sun One Moon.

Both songs have a melodic feel, which has left a section of fans wondering about the strategy behind the promotions. Many expected a powerful mass number celebrating Rajinikanth’s larger-than-life screen presence. Instead, the team seems to be slowly building momentum rather than going all out from the beginning.

This approach has sparked discussions, with many believing Nelson and Anirudh are deliberately saving the bigger surprises for closer to the film’s release. Given the success of the first part, expectations for a chartbuster remain extremely high.

With three weeks still left before release, there is enough time for the makers to unleash a full-fledged mass track or an explosive trailer. For now, the soft-tone songs have not generated much curiosity. Let’s see what happens in the days to come.
