Taapsee Pannu’s new photoshoot is proof that she’s as fearless with her fashion as she’s always been with her words.
She’s previously opened up about tough early career moments, being replaced from a film because the hero’s wife didn’t approve, being told she “wasn’t pretty enough,” and having her dubbed lines swapped without her knowledge. Instead of letting that define her, she chose to only take up roles that genuinely make her happy.
In these latest pictures, she’s serving full retro glam, voluminous curls, a black-and-gold floral mini dress, sheer stockings and gold heels, framed by warm, vintage-toned bathroom-suite backdrops. Every frame feels straight out of an old-school fashion magazine.
