AK 47 Officially Postponed, Naga Vamsi Reveals Reason!

As we already reported, the makers of Adarsha Kutumbam officially confirmed the film’s postponement. The film was initially planned for release on October 2nd but was postponed to the 9th. Now, the film will not be released on the 9th of this month, and the team is yet to confirm the new release date. What’s more, the makers have not yet completed the post production for some portions of the movie.

Once again, the Tollywood makers are exposing their inefficiency in planning a film and bringing it to theatres in time. The same thing happened with last big release, The Paradise, and the makers rushed through post-production. Now, for AK, the team has to release two more songs. Even before that, the team hoped to arrive in theatres by the 9th.

Understanding the reality and keeping in mind the criticism that the team may face after the release for poor post-production and last-minute hurried work, the team wants to step back.

Producer Naga Vamsi admitted that they have been working on the film for the past year and wanted to avoid a situation where the final copy reaches audiences on the release date itself which causes lot of issues including ticket bookings and shows cancellation. It would be ironic, but this has happened several times with several films in the past. Keeping it simple, Naga Vamsi said the incomplete work is the reason for the postponement.

Having said that, Naga Vamsi also ruled out the rumors that AK has been postponed to give an edge to Jailer 2, which is also being released by them. At the same time, he confidently stated that Venkatesh’s fans can enjoy the film, raising their collars, whenever it gets released.
