Music director SS Thaman is well-known for his chill attitude. He is jovial, friendly and even outspoken. Thaman attended Itlu Arjuna movie event at Vizag Gitam college and the young students thronged the event. Speaking to the youngsters, Thaman talked about the over enthusiasm of some netizens where they put many bold comments.

Thaman said he read those comments, some are funny. Thaman said, “One would say he’ll build a temple for me. Another one says remove your pants.” Thaman went on to say he will take the audience’s comments in his stride. But the point here is Thaman should avoid such kind of statements in public especially in front of students.

Social media comments are bold and disgusting too. Some active social media users are trying their best to grab the attention of the celebs by posting such comments. Celebs should usually let them go by ignoring them completely.

These days, some over enthusiastic people on social media use the term “remove your pants (pant vippu)” whenever music directors like Thaman and Anirudh drop sensational music. Everyone understands what it means, so celebrities should avoid repeating such comments in public.

Especially one of the most popular musicians and most followed celeb like Thaman should refrain citing those on a public stage. This might be a slip of the tongue moment, but many opine that Thaman should not repeat such in the future.

Meanwhile, Thaman made a laudable promise to the students of Gitam college. Thaman promised to make a live concert for the Gitam students for their next college fest and he said he will do it for free. He asked for a stage and good speakers. With this act, Thaman has won the hearts of students.
