Balayya Gives Up NTR Gifted House For Development

Nandamuri Balakrishna might be an action star on the big screen who mercilessly kills tens and hundreds of goons in films. But in real-life, Balayya is known for his big heart. He helps many people through his charity works, through the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital and also through his service and political works as MLA of Hindupur. Balayya is once again in the news for good reasons. This time it is about the much talked about the traffic easing around KBR Park.

Going into details, it is already known that the Telangana government is planning to build a 4.3 km elevated corridor in substitute to the previous H-City project involving 7 flyovers and 7 underpasses with a cost of ₹1,090-crore. Buzz is that Nandamuri Balakrishna has offered to give his own land from his residence at Jubilee Check Post to the GHMC. Balayya is ready to give 862.77 square yards of land from his residence.

This is expected to ease the traffic congestion from Jubilee Hills Road No. 45 towards Jubilee Hills Check Post. Despite this being a very sentimental house for Balayya, he has agreed to offer the land to GHMC as a responsible citizen.

This is the same house where Balakrishna’s father and legendary NT Ramarao used to meet his fans and hence this house has a lot of sentimental attachment to Balayya and his wife Vasundhara. As per reports, Balayya may shift his residence. GHMC officials are also praising Balayya’s act.

Similarly, film producer and real estate businessman Bhavya Anand Prasad of Bhavya Constructions has a key property at Film Nagar junction and he agreed to provide 341.33 square yards land at the prime area to the GHMC for the development and road widening.

Also, Shabdalaya Studios owned by film producer Shyam Prasad Reddy has also offered 608 square yards of prime land near Prasad Labs and TDP office. As per reports, this land is estimated to be worth around ₹ 30.40 crore and Shyam Prasad Reddy agreed to offer the land to the GHMC with the TDR in exchange for the land.

All the noted film personalities have proved their big heart by giving prime land to the Telangana government towards the easing of traffic around the KBR Park. With this, the development works around the KBR park are expected to complete at a lightning speed.
