Rebel Star Prabhas and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s highly anticipated Global film Spirit has sealed a new release date. The movie will hit theatres worldwide on October 29, 2027. Needless to say, Diwali next year promises to be a cracker of an experience for moviegoers.

The release-date poster features Prabhas in a sharply framed close-up, with his face partially concealed by a black cap and dark sunglasses. His thick beard and composed expression add an enigmatic touch to his appearance, while the monochromatic background keeps the focus firmly on the actor.

For Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Spirit marks another ambitious venture following the attention and commercial success of his previous three films. Known for crafting intense narratives and uncompromising characters, the filmmaker is teaming up with Prabhas for a project that has generated considerable curiosity. The prospect of seeing Prabhas portray a tough cop has further heightened expectations. The previously unveiled first look and glimpse received overwhelming response.

The film is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar and Pranay Reddy Vanga under the banners of T-Series Films and Bhadrakali Pictures. The makers are planning an expansive international release, with the film expected to reach audiences in eight languages, including all South Indian languages, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
