Hrithik Roshan made a crowd-pleasing cameo appearance in the latest Tamil blockbuster Jailer 2. Among the many cameos in the film, audiences received Hrithik’s cameo well. Now, there are speculations that Hrithik will team up with Nelson for a standalone film, and the prestigious production house Hombale Films is reportedly planning to pool resources for it.

In Jailer 2, Hrithik plays Roddy, and the film is packed with style and swag. Nelson also presented Hrithik in a stylish yet action-packed avatar. The best part is that he even speaks Tamil in the scene, which audiences have praised. The last time Hrithik and Rajini shared the screen was 40 years ago for Bhagwaan Dada, when Hrithik was a child actor.

Following the massive initial box-office success of Jailer 2, Nelson is flooded with opportunities. Industry rumors suggest that Nelson Dilipkumar is in talks to direct Hrithik Roshan in a dedicated, pan-Indian mass spectacle. The duo reportedly engaged in many discussions, and it looks like they are heading toward a conclusion on collaborating.

Hrithik Roshan is currently listening to scripts and is yet to confirm his next. Meanwhile, Nelson already has a film with NTR after Rajini – Kamal Multistarrer, and we’ll have to see how he places his films if Hrithik’s film also locks.
