Annayya From Bhogi: Brother & Sisters’ Priceless Love

Charming Star Sharwa and director Sampath Nandi’s first collaboration for Bhogi generated a lot of enthusiasm with its teaser, followed by the first single. Meanwhile, the makers today released the film’s second single- Annayya Paanam Lo Poosina Puvvulu.

A priceless love and affection of a brother for his sisters, the innocence of village life, and the sweetness of romance come together in the song. While the title itself evokes the affection associated with a brother, the song’s appeal extends beyond a single relationship. Academy award winning lyricist Chandra Bose beautifully captures the special bond between a brother and his sisters, bringing out the tenderness and emotional significance of their relationship through expressive lyrics.

Bheems Ceciroleo, who has carved a niche for himself with his rustic musical sensibilities, provides a composition that complements the lyrical emotions. Sri Krishna’s expressive vocals further strengthen the song’s emotional impact, making the composition both soothing and memorable.

The visuals introduce another appealing aspect of Bhogi through the romantic moments shared by Sharwa and Anupama Parameswaran. Their characters share an endearing screen presence, adding a gentle romantic layer to a song primarily rooted in family sentiment. The natural surroundings, traditional atmosphere, and affectionate interactions give the song a visual identity that complements its musical character.

Bhogi unfolds in the early 1960s along the Maharashtra–Adilabad border. KK Radhamohan is producing the film under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner. Dimple Hayathi plays the other female lead.

The makers will announce the film’s release date soon.
