Vishwaksen has issued a heartfelt apology to his fans after being unable to accommodate everyone during a specially organised fan photo session.
The actor, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming directorial #CULT, acknowledged the disappointment of fans who waited patiently to meet him but could not get an opportunity to take photographs with him.
Starring Vishwaksen in the lead role, #CULT is being promoted as India’s first slasher film and is scheduled to arrive in theatres on October 30.
As part of the promotional campaign, the actor participated in a photo session with fans, giving them an opportunity to meet him in person.
However, the overwhelming turnout and limitations in the arrangements made it difficult for the team to accommodate everyone.
Addressing the situation, Vishwaksen expressed regret over the inconvenience caused and admitted that the arrangements fell short of expectations.
He explained that although he managed to meet a few fans, the situation went out of control while handling the crowd, preventing several others from getting their much-awaited photographs.
The actor said he deeply regretted the fact that the team could not manage the gathering properly and ensure an equal opportunity for everyone to meet him.
He also acknowledged the disappointment of those who had waited for the session only to leave without the experience they had hoped for.
Recognising the love and enthusiasm shown by his supporters, Vishwaksen assured them that another fan photo session would be organised soon.
He promised better planning, improved crowd management and more appropriate arrangements to make the next gathering comfortable, safe and memorable for everyone.
