Ram Pothineni is the latest to join the bandwagon of Tollywood heroes who are expanding their base and market. Ram’s Hindi-dubbed movies have garnered pretty good records on YouTube. In fact, Ram’s Ready was earlier remade in Hindi with Salman Khan. Even Ram’s last film iSmart Shankar proved the mass hysteria and its Hindi dubbed raked in nearly 150 million views on YouTube.
Given that he has a good recognition amongst the North Audience, Ram seems to be focusing on expanding his market there as well. It is learnt that the Hindi-dubbed version of RED is getting fancy offers and the makers are on the verge of closing the deal.
While the likes of Prabhas, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, NTR are expanding their markets, Ram seems to be joining the legion. And looks like, he has plans of having theatrical release of dubbed versions of his future films.
Meanwhile, Red is all set for theatrical release on Jan 14 in Telugu states. With Solo Brathuke So Better registered good numbers, the makers of Red are pretty confident that their film will continue the success streak at the Box Office.
