My Statement Was Wrongly Projected: Nani

After the successful Parichaya Veduka in Rajahmundry, team Tuck Jagadish is gearing up to hold back to back promotional events in different cities in Telugu states. Nani himself informed that Tuck Jagadish trailer will be unveiled for Ugadi on April 13th in Vizag, while pre-release function will take place in Hyderabad on 18th of this month. The team calls it Tuck Jagadish Month, as there will be consecutive promotions this month till release of the film.

Director Shiva Nirvana informed that last 20 to 25 minutes of the film will be highly emotional and he made it clear that he didn’t take inspiration from any film to pen the story or a scene. “Apparently, Tuck Jagadish will be my last film in family genre. So, I did my best to make this as a complete family entertainer with all the emotions incorporated in it. We have watched final cut of the film and it came out well.”

Nani clarified on his comment during Parichaya Veduka. “My statement was wrongly projected. I said I don’t encourage my fans to involve in any fights. I want them to enjoy my films. I don’t want them to do any sacrifices for me. It’s my responsibility to do something for them.”

Nani seemed very confident about the film and made a statement that it will be another strong brick to build solid wall (career). “Tuck Jagadish is a rare and pure Telugu cinema. Prasad Murella brought beauty and rawness to the visuals with his camera work. Realistic films with commercial aspects are a rare mix. Thaman gave wonderful songs and I’m sure he will take the film to next level with his re-recording work.

Teaser was very unique as it didn’t have any dialogues. However, the impact it created was humongous. The trailer will be pleasing to the core.”

Nani stated that he initially wanted to reject Shiva Nirvana’s story before listening to it as the director was making only love stories. “He gave me 10 minutes narration and I was spellbound. My characterization is very unique. This character doesn’t smile or react much, but he makes you laugh or cry. I can’t divulge much, but there is a rain scene in the film between me, Jagapathi Babu and our mom and it is the major highlight scene in the film.”
