Dear Heroes! Cut Your Cake And Work With Star Directors

In recent times, some proven young heroes who are actually on the way to get big stardom, have fallen flat with their movies. While Nani scored a huge flop with Gang Leader, Sharwa did it with Ranarangam and Jaanu, and Devarakonda tasted two megaflops through Dear Comrade and World Famous Lover.

Of course, if the directors of those films including Vikram K Kumar, Sudheer Varma and Kranthi Madhav worked hard, surely the films would have been on a different zone altogether. But why don't these heroes work with some happening directors in the first place?

As these heroes touched a market of 20-30 crores, they are now demanding 7-10 crores remuneration. And if this remuneration has to be paid and the rest of the film be made in 15-20 crores budget more, surely producers will not be able to afford star directors who charge similar to that of these heroes. For the very same reason, these heroes are said to be picking newcomers, upcoming directors and struggling directors, as they would work for less pay.

What if these heroes cut their remuneration part big time and work on profit sharing basis with star directors? In that case, these heroes might get real big hits and cement their position in Tollywood quite easily. Think about it, dear heroes.
