Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has bought a plush bungalow worth Rs 60 Crore in Mumbai. The new property is located in Juhu which is close to his present residence. Ajay along with wife Kajol and kids Nyasa, Yug stay at their house Shivshakti.
Spread over sprawling 590 square yards, Ajay and Kajol found this bungalow attractive. Apparently, the duo searched for a property for an year and finally zeroed in on this property at the end of the last year. The Kapole Cooperative Housing Society is said to have transferred the bungalow to the names of Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal alias Ajay Devgn on May 7th. Ajay’s spokesperson confirmed the news of the actor’s new property. However, the cost of the bungalow wasn’t revealed.
With this new bungalow, Ajay Devgn becomes neighbour to Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Dharmendra. Amitabh recently bought an under-construction 5184-sft apartment worth ₹31 crore in the same area. Arjun Kapoor too bought a 4BHK sky-villa in Bandra which is worth about Rs 23 Crore. Looks like B-town celebs are making a beeline to purchase the properties.
