CJI Invitation Opposed: BCI Blocks NALSAR Graduates’ Enrollment!

It was earlier reported that certain students from the famous law College in Hyderabad NALSAR opposed the invitation of Chief Justice of India Surya Kant. This was due to the silence that the chief justice had maintained when police opened brutality on protesting students in Delhi.

This has no resulted in significant action against the university students as the commission of India has taken a pretty big call.

BCI Chairperson Manan Kumar Mishra says that no student who graduated from NALSAR University of Law will be enrolled until further orders from Bar Council of India.

The BCI Chairman said he sought a report from NALSAR on students who mobilised a campaign to not invite CJI Surya Kant for convocation.

This has now invited a strong reaction from the cockroach party as they’ve conveyed that certain action will be taken on the bar commission if they don’t take back the order.

If Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra does not withdraw this order immediately, then all law students, advocates, senior lawyers, and well-meaning young cockroaches will protest outside Bar Council’s office and Mishra’s official residence, and their respective states, the spokesperson of CJP Saurav Das said on this matter.
