Centre Moves SC To Quash FIRs Over Student Protests

The Centre is set to approach the Supreme Court seeking the quashing of FIRs registered in connection with student protests, invoking Article 142 of the Constitution. Solicitor General of India has sought urgent listing of the matter for tomorrow. Chief Justice of India has agreed to list the case.
