While the political heat is increasing in Telangana, announcing 105 candidates at a time has brought new headaches to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and its boss K Chandrasekhar Rao.
In many constituencies, TRS leaders are opening lashing out at KCR while quite a few are planning to contest as rebels. Though pacifying efforts are going on, protests against denial of ticket is heard from many quarters.
From Adilabad to Nalgonda, leaders who were part of TRS from the beginning are ignored and KCR preferred the sitting MLAs. Among the upset leaders, MC Koti Reddy from Nalgonda, Sunil Reddy from Nizamabad, Ramesh Rathod from Adilabad are leading the protest in a big way. Ramesh has already made up his mind to contest as an independent.
Konda Surekha from Warangal East, Kotha Manohar Reddy from Maheshwaram have also announced that they would fight the election all alone.
With these rebels and protests have reached the KCR's doors, this has led to a rumour that he might change the candidates in the last minute.
