Even before BJP in AP is yet to come to terms with the resignation of its Rajahmundry urban MLA Akula Satyanarayana, one more shock seems to be awaiting Lotus party in the state. BJP MLA from Visakhapatnam North Penmetsa Vishnu Kumar Raju is toying with the idea of quitting BJP after completing his full 5-yr-term.
Although speculations are rife that he would contest as independent in the coming general elections, inside buzz is that Vishnu Kumar Raju is in touch with Janasena leaders and likely to contest on Janasena ticket.
On the other hand, senior leader and former union minister Daggubati Purandeswari is also set to quit BJP and likely to join YCP. Looks like, BJP in AP is going through the most difficult phase.
