After deciding to skip the swearing-in ceremony, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu formed a three member representation to send them to meet Jagan at his residence and congratulate him on becoming the new CM. This delegation of TDP was supposed to meet Jagan earlier in the day before he takes charge as CM of AP. But Jagan has denied appointment for the TDP leaders.
Since yesterday the TDP leaders have reached out to Jagan's office in Tadepalli. But Jagan's office cited that he is busy with many activities and even for the party MLA, MPs and others, Jagan is not available. They advised the TDP leaders to reach Indira Gandhi Municipal stadium and meet him over there.
With no other option, Chandrababu has released a press statement, congratulating Jagan and added that TDP will be decisive opposition in the state and help the state to go forward in the development.
