Vacate the house: Notices to Chandrababu

A lot of fuss is going around opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu's riverfront residence on the banks of Krishna river. With the flood water pouring down from the upper region, the water level is on the rise in the river and on Friday evening the flood water entered Naidu's residence.

This morning the banana farm near to the Naidu's residence got sub-merged with water and as a precautionary, the revenue officials have served notices to Babu's residence. In the notice, the VRO has appealed to Chandrababu to vacate the house immediately as there could be more water coming later this day. Water has already entered a few construction at Karikatta and the officials are issuing notices to them as well.

On Friday, the irrigation officials used drones to estimate the water levels at Chandrababu's residence. The TDP leaders found fault using high security drones and demanded an explanation from the government. TDP and YSRCP leaders exchanged some serious words but the issue is yet to get settled.

Meanwhile the water level at Prakasham barrage turned threatening. The Collector has issued orders to stop traffic on this bridge as an immediate measure.
