In a tragic incident, over 21 Indian students pursuing academics in the Florida State University (FSU) have lost all their belongings after the apartment in which they were living was completely gutted.
Th students were living in an apartment at Tallahassee and a few of the students suffered injuries in the mishap. Two of the students suffered serious burn injuries and are now receiving treatment in Gainesville, while others suffered broken legs, and back and neck injuries.
The India Association of Tallahassee (IATLH) and INSAT have begun raising funds to provide essentials like food, clothing, winter wear and other necessities.
The IATLH and INSAT urged fellow citizens to provide help to the students in whatever way they can.
In the recent times, mishaps and death of several Indians have been frequently occurring in the US.
