United States president, Donald Trump has become a scary personality for Indian population in the country. It has almost become a weekly practice for Trump to do something audacious with regard to immigration policies which is affecting the Indian community there.
There are a few people who are hopeful of the completion of the administration in the hope that the next president would be more lenient.
But if we have a look at the next possible candidate from the Republican party, it is obviously the current vice president JD Vance who is putting his hands up. This is perhaps even more bad news for Indian community in the United States.
By the early indications, Vance appears to be more stern than Trump when it comes to immigration policies as the Republican party is evidently cracking down on the foreign population in the USA.
In fact, it was the vice president, who had communicated to the Media yesterday that the US government is launching a full scale operation against illegal H1B operation. He made it very clear that the upcoming months are going to be extremely tough on these organisations which are running fraud operations.
This isn’t the first time that the vice president has been speaking against immigration policies either. He has been repeatedly calling for strict measures to this effect, and this could be an indication of his own mindset once he becomes the President.
So, for those who are hoping that the next president would be more lenient towards immigration policies, the president hopeful for the Republican party, Vance is another scary prospect in the making.
