Telugu Girl Dies In US Car Accident

Innumerable tragedies involving NRIs from Telugu states unfolded over the past few months in foreign countries. In another such tragic incident, a Telugu Girl lost her life due to a fatal road accident in USA.

As per reports, a 27-year-old woman named Makkena Prasanna, hailing from Ummadivaram village in the Vinukonda mandal of Palnadu district, in Andhra Pradesh died in a road accident in New Jersey, USA.

The hapless incident occurred on Tuesday when Prasanna and three of her friends were returning from an event. Their car reportedly lost control and crashed into a tree. Prasanna died on the spot, while her friends sustained injuries. She was the eldest of three children to her parents.

Family members informed that she had moved to the United States in 2022 to pursue higher education, where she completed her Master’s degree (MS) and was actively searching for job opportunities at present.

Upon hearing the devastating news of their eldest daughter’s demise, the family has been in utter shock. After knowing about the tragedy, Vinukonda MLA GV Anjaneyulu called the victim’s father to express his condolences and gather details.

The MLA assured the family that he would coordinate with the concerned authorities to take swift action to bring her mortal remains back to India as quickly as possible.
