Shanaya Kapoor’s acting journey has not been an easy one so far. After working as an assistant director on Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl in 2020, she stepped in front of the camera with her debut film Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan in 2025 opposite Vikrant Massey. The film did not create much impact, and even her later projects like Vrushabha with Mohanlal and the youth drama Bedhadak failed to give her a solid breakthrough. Despite big banners and known names, success has remained out of reach, making her career phase a challenging one.
