Can’t Do Dirty Politics Like YCP: Pawan

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan who is carrying out ‘Rythu Bharosa Yatra’ to support the tenant farmers shot back at AP CM Jagan that the YCP government is politically criticising the Jana Sena’s noble cause.

“Jana Sena is a responsible political party and we want to stand by the side of families of farmers who have committed suicide. But we are unlike YCP which indulges in dirty politics instead of supporting the struggling farmers,” said Pawan who met families of farmers in Kurnool and Prakasam districts.

The Jana Sena chief further added that the YCP government completely failed in providing assistance to farmers who are debt ridden. “I was pained to see farmers committing suicide and our party has decided to help them financially within our capacity. The YCP is unable to digest the fact that Jana Sena has come forward even before the state government has responded and it’s a pity that they are targeting us but are still not worried about the plight of farmers,” stated Pawan.

“I’m inefficient in doing silly politics but I’m an accountable politician who wants to be answerable to farmers. I urge the agricultural officers to take initiative to instill morale in farmers who are distressed with crop failure and debt trapped. It’s high time the state government also comes out with a plan of action to deal with the distressed farmers,” added Pawan.

After Kurnool and Prakasam, the Jana Sena chief will be visiting West Godavari district on April 23rd. The JSP sources informed that Pawan’s ‘Rythu Bharosa Yatra’ will be commencing from Eluru to Chintalapudi and he will be meeting families of deceased farmers and hand them over a cheque of Rs one lakh.

This tour in support of farmers by Pawan Kalyan is receiving a lot of applause and the Jana Senani is seriously trying to infuse confidence in the farmers community.
