Reddy’s Sensational Comments On High Court Judges

In an unexpected development, Andhra Pradesh Employees Union leader Venkatramireddy has made several sensational comments against the judges of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. Addressing a gathering of employees union leaders, Venkatramireddy has alleged that the AP High Court judges are unnecessarily causing troubles to the AP government.

“The behaviour of a few judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court is troubling the state government. Judges should not make unnecessary comments against the AP government and they should behave in a more dignified manner,” Venkatramireddy alleged.

The employees leader went on to highlight an instance where bail was given only after 3 months for abusing the High Court judges. “But a man who abused the AP CM was granted bail just within an hour. It’s high time that we discussed the loopholes in the law system. Even several experts of law have found faults in the way the AP High Court is functioning,” he added.

Needless to say, Venkatramireddy’s audacity to comment against the AP High Court judges, that too in an employees union meeting that had nothing to do with the HC, has become a hot topic in political circles. Many are of the opinion that Venkatramireddy has crossed the line and spoken like a representative of the Jagan government. Whether or not the AP High Court will take a suo moto action against him remains to be seen.

Over the years, several YSRCP leaders targeted the AP High Court and even the Supreme Court of India and got away without any trouble thanks to the silence of both the apex courts.
